Product development strategy, defined by Spec to Shelf
A product development strategy is a sequence of decisions, each producing a document or result the next step depends on: a product brief, then samples, then a vetted supplier, then a costed product with working margins, then final specifications, then a launch plan. Product development and strategy are not separate tracks; the strategy is the order in which development happens.
